FAQ

Do I have to be in DC/DMV?
No. In-person sessions are available across the DC metro area (DC, Arlington, Bethesda, Alexandria). Remote coaching is available everywhere — the Zeaba framework translates fully online.
How long is the program?
Minimum 3 months. Meaningful neurological change — real reconsolidation — requires time. Most clients continue 6–12 months. The goal is that you eventually don't need me.
What if I have injuries or medical conditions?
That's exactly the kind of client I specialize in. Pre & post-rehab is one of my core programs. I coordinate with medical teams and work within the boundaries your body needs — while pushing the limits that are safe.
Is this just personal training?
No. It's a full behavioral and physical system. Sessions include physical training, but also V2 monitoring, behavioral check-ins, and active application of the Zeaba Model to what's happening in your life. Clients consistently describe it as part training, part therapy.
How much does it cost?
Investment is discussed on the discovery call based on your specific program design. I don't post prices because no two programs are the same. What I will say: if you've spent money on programs that didn't work, this is a different category of investment entirely.
