Personal Training

We work with your polyvagal state (not against it). Training when your nervous system is depleted doesn't build strength — it deepens exhaustion. We assess where you are before we decide how hard to push.

My weight loss programs address the full stack: the metabolic, the behavioral, the neurological. We remove the conditions that make your body cling to weight, and we build the conditions that make release inevitable.

Pre & Post-Rehab Training
Recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain? Physical therapy gets you functional. I get you strong. There's a critical gap between "cleared by your PT" and "back to full capacity" — and most people fall into it, plateau, and accept a reduced version of their former self.
I bridge that gap. Working in coordination with your medical team, I design protocols that restore function safely, rebuild neuromuscular patterns the injury disrupted, and progressively load the body back to — and beyond — where you were before.
Common conditions I work with: Knee replacement, hip replacement, rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, spinal surgery recovery, chronic back pain, shoulder impingement, and post-cardiac rehab.
